Blueberry Jam
Ingredients:
4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
2 cups granulated sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
Instructions:
In a large saucepan, combine blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until the mixture comes to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 20-25 minutes or until the jam thickens, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
Transfer the jam into sterilized jars and let them cool completely before sealing.
